Membership & pricing

How much does membership cost?
Membership starts from the equivalent of US$8 per month when you choose annual membership. Monthly (US$14 per month), quarterly (US$36 every three months) and annual (US$96 per year) payment options are available, and every membership gives you the same core Cruise Companions Club access. All prices are in US dollars.
Do I need to pay extra for premium features?
No. Every CCC membership includes the same core access. There are no premium feature tiers — simply choose whether you'd prefer to pay monthly, quarterly, annually, or become one of our 50 Founding Lifetime Members.
What is Founding Lifetime Membership?
A one-time payment of US$395, limited to the first 50 members in total. Founding Lifetime Members receive the same core Club access as everyone else, with no future recurring membership fee for that access, plus a Founding Lifetime Member badge and recognition as one of the first 50 members. It is about lifetime access and founding status, not extra features. "Lifetime" relates to the availability and operation of the CCC membership service and is subject to our Terms, your account standing and applicable law.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel a recurring membership at any time and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled in line with our Terms and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Profiles & authenticity

How does CCC help keep member profiles genuine?
CCC does not permit fake or impersonated profiles. Members are required to provide accurate information, and members can report or block suspicious accounts. Every member must add a clear profile photo before they become discoverable or can contact other members. We are also planning additional profile verification to add another layer of trust. We can't guarantee that every statement in every profile is true, so please use your own judgement.
Is my profile visible to the public?
No. Individual member profiles are not browseable by logged-out visitors. Your profile is visible to other eligible members according to your privacy settings, and members you have blocked cannot see or contact you.
Is my email address visible to other members?
No. Your email address and account details are never shown on your member profile.
Is profile verification available yet?
Not yet. Photo and identity verification is planned but not live, so you won't see verified badges on member profiles today. When it arrives, a verification badge will never mean a member has been background checked, is guaranteed safe, or is endorsed by CCC.

Safety

Is it safe to meet someone from CCC?
CCC gives you tools to help you connect more safely — connection requests you control, private messaging, privacy settings, blocking and reporting — but we cannot guarantee another member's conduct or your safety. Please: take your time before meeting; hold first meetings in public areas onboard or ashore; keep control of your own passport, travel documents and money; make your own independent booking and payment decisions; tell someone you trust where you're going; and use Block and Report the moment something feels wrong.
Should I ever send money to another member?
Never send money to another member. No genuine member of this community needs your money, your card details or your bank information. Any request for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or an "investment opportunity" is a scam — please report it immediately.
What happens when I block or report someone?
Blocking takes effect immediately and at the data level: a blocked member cannot message you or send you a new connection request, and you won't be suggested to each other. They are not told that you blocked them. Reports are stored securely for administrator review, and your identity as the reporter is not revealed to the member you reported.

Connecting & messaging

How do I contact another member?
Send a connection request. Once it's accepted, you can message each other privately. You'll need a profile photo on your account before you can start connecting.
How does Companion Matching work?
CCC will use the information members choose to provide through their profile, Cruise Profile, cruise plans and preferences to help identify members they may have things in common with. Matches are suggestions only — they are not guarantees of compatibility or safety. AI-powered Companion Matching is coming soon and is not operational yet.
Is CCC a dating site?
No. Cruise Companions Club is about connection, not dating. Members join to find cruise friendships, dining and excursion companions, people sailing the same ship, travel companions and cruise conversation. Meaningful friendships often develop — but romantic or sexual advances are not what this community is for.

Cabins & cruising

Does CCC arrange cabin sharing?
No. Some cruise fares include a "single supplement" — an additional amount charged when one person occupies a cabin designed for two. Members sometimes decide independently to share accommodation after getting to know each other, but that is entirely a personal decision between those members. CCC does not arrange, vet or guarantee accommodation-sharing arrangements, and cabin sharing is not what the Club is built around.
Can I book my cruise through CCC?

Yes. Cruise Companions Club partners with a trusted, licensed travel agent who can help you book your cruise and other travel arrangements.

Tell us what you're looking for through our cruise enquiry form and we'll connect you with our travel booking partner, who can assist with cruise options, fares and your travel arrangements.

Your booking will be made with the licensed travel agent and will be subject to their booking terms and conditions, as well as the applicable cruise line or travel supplier's terms.

This gives you the convenience of starting your cruise journey with CCC, while your travel booking is handled by an experienced, licensed travel professional.

Are there Club-hosted cruises?
Not yet. There are currently no scheduled Club-hosted departures. We will announce hosted cruises to members when genuine departures are confirmed.
Membership is subject to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
